Terms of Service

Last updated: 3 September 2026

1. Parties and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of BuildersBrochures.com.au ("the Service"). BuildersBrochures is a sister site operated by or on behalf of SpeedyCore Pty Ltd (ACN placeholder — "SpeedyCore", "we", "us", or "our"), part of the SpeedyCore group of Australian building and trade software platforms.

By accessing, creating an account, or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms, the SpeedyCore Identity Master Terms, and any applicable SpeedyCore Billing terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1.1 Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or purchase renders, subscriptions, or credits.
  • The Service is available globally. Australian users transact in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are covered by Australian Consumer Law (ACL). International users may be subject to additional payment processing terms via Stripe.
  • You represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of any company, builder, developer, or agency account you use.

1.2 Account and Identity

BuildersBrochures does not operate a separate account system. Authentication and user identity are handled exclusively through the SpeedyCore Identity spine. Your SpeedyCore account credentials, profile, billing preferences, and security settings apply across BuildersBrochures and all sister SpeedyCore sites. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Service Description

BuildersBrochures provides AI-powered artists impression generation tools for the Australian building, design, and development industry. The Service includes:

  • Floorplan AI — convert 2D floorplan PDFs, images, or sketches into rendered interior or exterior artists impressions.
  • Facade AI — generate street-facing facade renders and elevation previews from sketches, elevations, or brief notes.
  • Interior AI — render room interiors, kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas with selectable finish palettes.
  • Brochure AI — assemble rendered outputs into print-ready and web-ready brochure layouts.
  • Supporting gallery, dashboard, project management, and export features.

Subscription tiers and pay-as-you-go (PAYG) credit packs are billed through the SpeedyCore Billing spine. You authorise SpeedyCore to charge your nominated payment method for any subscription or credit purchases made via BuildersBrochures.

3. Fees, Payment, and Refunds

3.1 Pricing and Currency

All prices displayed on BuildersBrochures are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable — the catalog price you see is the price you pay. For Australian customers, invoices show the GST component (1/11th of the GST-inclusive amount). Customers paying in another currency are charged the equivalent AUD value at the prevailing exchange rate.

3.2 Payment Processing

Payment processing is handled by Stripe via the SpeedyCore Billing spine. BuildersBrochures does not store, process, or transmit full credit card numbers — all card data is tokenised and held by Stripe in accordance with PCI DSS. By providing payment details you authorise Stripe and SpeedyCore to charge the nominated payment method.

3.3 Subscriptions

Subscription plans (AI Starter, AI Pro Tools, Builder Business, Builder Enterprise or equivalent) renew on a monthly or annual basis unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Your plan access and render entitlements continue until the end of the paid period. Downgrades and upgrades are handled through your SpeedyCore dashboard and are prorated as described in SpeedyCore Billing terms.

Each subscription includes a monthly grant of AI Usage Tasks (1 task = A$1 of AI usage value). Subscription tasks are consumed first and expire at the end of each monthly billing period — unused subscription tasks do not roll over.

3.4 Pay-as-you-go AI Tasks

Pay-as-you-go (PAYG) AI Usage Tasks are consumed at the per-action task rate shown at the time of generation. Once consumed, tasks are non-refundable. Purchased PAYG tasks do not expirewhile your SpeedyCore account remains in good standing. Your task balance is shared across all supported SpeedyCore AI apps unless the specific pack is labelled as BuildersBrochures-only.

3.5 Cooling-off and Refunds (Australian Customers)

Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), Australian consumers benefit from a 14-day cooling-off period for unsolicited consumer agreements and certain off-premises sales. If you are an Australian consumer and you have not consumed any renders, credits, or subscription benefits, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund by contacting admin@buildersbrochures.com.au.

No refunds are offered for partially consumed subscription periods, consumed PAYG credits, or completed render jobs. If you believe a charge is incorrect, raise a dispute through your SpeedyCore dashboard within 30 days of the invoice date and we will review it in accordance with SpeedyCore Billing dispute process.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of any third party or restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the Service. Without limitation, you must not:

  • Upload, transmit, or render content that infringes copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of any person or entity.
  • Use the Service to generate unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise extract the AI model weights, architecture, or training data from the Service.
  • Use the Service to train, fine-tune, or build a competing AI rendering service.
  • Submit malicious code, scripts, bot traffic, or automated load that disrupts the Service or the SpeedyCore platform.
  • Impersonate another person, builder, developer, or company, or falsify account or billing details.

4.1 Nature of AI Outputs

All renders and images produced by BuildersBrochures are AI-generated outputs. Outputs are probabilistic by nature and may contain inconsistencies, artefacts, or variations between runs. You acknowledge that identical inputs may produce non-identical outputs across sessions. Subject to Section 5, you are granted a license to use AI-generated outputs for your commercial marketing, listings, and client-facing brochures.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Uploaded Content and IP

You retain full intellectual property ownership of any floorplans, facade drawings, interior designs, reference images, briefs, and other materials you upload to the Service ("Your IP"). By uploading content you grant SpeedyCore a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to host, reproduce, process, and transmit Your IP solely for the purpose of providing the rendering service to you. We do not claim any ownership interest in Your IP.

5.2 SpeedyCore AI Model and Platform Rights

SpeedyCore retains all right, title, and interest in and to the BuildersBrochures AI models, model weights, algorithms, training pipelines, brand assets, software, user interface, platform architecture, and underlying SpeedyCore Identity and Billing spines. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to the SpeedyCore AI models beyond the right to receive outputs from them in the ordinary course of using the Service.

5.3 License to Generated Outputs

Subject to these Terms, your payment obligations, and any restrictions imposed by third-party rights holders, SpeedyCore grants you a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable (except to your clients in the ordinary course of your business), revocable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and incorporate AI-generated outputs from the Service into your:

  • Printed brochures, display home collateral, and tenders;
  • Websites, real estate listings, and social media marketing;
  • Client presentations, pre-construction sign-off packs, and internal planning documents.

This license does not extend to the resale, relicensing, or redistribution of the raw renders as stock media, generative AI training data, or a competing rendering product.

6. Disclaimers

The Service and all AI-generated renders are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. SpeedyCore disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6.1 Render Accuracy and Building Use

Critically important for builders and developers:AI-generated artists impressions are visual marketing aids only. They are not architectural drawings, structural engineering plans, certified survey documents, or substitutes for a building approval. Renders may contain errors in dimensions, wall placement, window sizing, roof pitch, material finishes, room layout, building envelope, or engineering compliance.

You must verify all critical dimensions, structural details, materials, and statutory compliance requirements with a registered building professional, qualified engineer, or licensed surveyor before relying on a render for quoting, construction, contract documentation, DA lodgement, or sale of land-and-build packages. SpeedyCore accepts no liability for any loss arising from reliance on render dimensions or visual details without independent professional verification.

6.2 Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Service. Render queues may be delayed during peak periods. Scheduled maintenance windows are advised via SpeedyCore platform status communications.

7. Liability

7.1 Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any condition, warranty, guarantee, right, or remedy implied or imposed by the ACL that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. This includes the consumer guarantees under Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) for the supply of services to consumers.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpeedyCore's total aggregate liability to you (whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise) for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service is limited to the total fees actually paid by you to SpeedyCore for the BuildersBrochures Service in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7.3 Consequential Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law and notwithstanding anything else in these Terms, in no event will SpeedyCore be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, clients, goodwill, data, or construction savings, even if SpeedyCore has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination and Suspension

8.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your use of BuildersBrochures at any time by cancelling any active subscription via your SpeedyCore dashboard and ceasing to access the Service. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations accrued prior to termination.

8.2 Termination or Suspension by SpeedyCore

We may immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without refund and without prior notice, if we reasonably believe:

  • You have materially breached these Terms (including Section 4 Acceptable Use);
  • Your payment is overdue and remains unpaid after written reminder;
  • Your account or activity is associated with fraud, chargeback abuse, or unlawful conduct;
  • Required by law, a court order, or a competent regulatory authority.

Where suspension or termination results from a breach that is capable of remedy, we will, where reasonable, provide notice and an opportunity to cure prior to permanent termination, unless the breach creates a risk of harm to SpeedyCore, other users, or third parties.

9. Privacy, Governing Law, and Dispute Resolution

9.1 Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by the BuildersBrochures Privacy Policy, available at /privacy. The Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, hold, use, and disclose personal information in compliance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

9.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and any courts competent to hear appeals from those courts, for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service.

9.3 Dispute Resolution

Before commencing formal legal proceedings, you and SpeedyCore agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by good faith negotiation. If you have a concern or dispute, email us at admin@buildersbrochures.com.au with full details and we will respond within 14 business days. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of your original email, either party may refer the dispute to mediation administered by the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT) mediation process or an equivalent alternative dispute resolution provider agreed in writing. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief.

10. General

  • Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the SpeedyCore Identity Master Terms, SpeedyCore Billing terms, and the BuildersBrochures Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SpeedyCore regarding the Service and supersede any prior oral or written understandings.
  • Variation. We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via in-app banner or email to your SpeedyCore registered address at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
  • Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
  • Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without SpeedyCore's prior written consent. SpeedyCore may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, or group restructure within the SpeedyCore group.
  • No waiver. No failure or delay by SpeedyCore in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms operates as a waiver of that right or remedy.
